Elevated Craft had already built the audience and the product reputation. The next step was creating a Shopify experience that lived up to both.

We overhauled the store with custom layouts across every key touchpoint, bringing more clarity and character to the customer journey. Product imagery, copy, video and deeper brand storytelling were considered together, giving customers a better understanding of the design thinking behind each product and a more compelling reason to bring it home.

The biggest commercial opportunity was hiding between products. We connected matching finishes across the range and brought bundles into the journey at the right moments. Customers could move from a single shaker to a considered home bar setup without feeling pushed, creating a more natural path to higher average order value.

The new system was built to work for the team as well as the customer. Flexible layouts, clear documentation and hands-on training gave Elevated Craft the confidence to manage content and keep evolving the store without relying on outside help for every update.

The result is a sharper expression of the brand, a more intuitive way to shop and a merchandising strategy that has already proven its value.
