Bondi Meal Prep had already done the hard part. People wanted the product. The store just needed to stop making them work for it.

Our first project was a Shopify overhaul built around one goal: make a large meal range feel easy to shop. We reconfigured the product mix and customer journey, adding smart filters, clearer macro benefits and simple meal comparisons. Minimum orders, free shipping thresholds and subscription savings were brought forward, so customers knew exactly what they were getting before reaching the cart. A new shoot and elevated Shopify 2.0 theme gave the experience a cleaner, sharper finish.

Since then, we have taken the store onto Shopify Plus and optimised the full cart and checkout experience around speed, clarity and fewer reasons to bail. The partnership now extends beyond the site, with a new packaging system rolling out across the full range. We reworked the logo, typography, colour palette and wider identity to better reflect the clean, modern and provenance-driven brand Bondi Meal Prep has become.

The food was already doing the heavy lifting. Now the store and brand are pulling their weight.
